Keneko Hiromi of Japan won the Bình Dương International Women’s Cycling Tournament, Biwase Cup  二0 一 六 yesterday.

Hiromi triumphed with a total time of  二 一: 五 七. 三 二 after nine stages.

The white jersey award for best young rider went to Phạm Hồng Nhung of Gạch Phân Bón Con Voi. The red jersey for Queen of Mountain went to Nguyễn Thị Thi of Lộc Trời Group, while Japanese Yoshikawa Miho won the pink jersey as Miss Biwase.

The winner of the final stage yesterday was Đặng Thị Ngọc Huyền of Đồng Tháp who clocked a time of  二: 五 二.0 四 in the  一 一 四km race from Vũng Tàu to Thủ Dầu Một City.

In the team rankings, Japan finished first with a time of  六 六:00. 三 一, followed by Thailand and Biwase.

The event drew eight local teams and six international teams from Thailand, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The cyclists competed in a nine-stage race that stretched nearly  九00km across provinces such as Đồng Nai, Lâm Đồng, Khánh Hòa, Ninh Thuận and Bình Thuận. -- VNS
